Return policy

At Global Trade and Distribution, we are committed to providing you with everything you need for your project, big or small. Our returns policy is outlined below and applies to all purchases made with us.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges
• All products must be returned in brand new, unused condition, and in their original packaging
• A 20% restocking fee may apply
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Used products are not eligible for return
• High-value packages will be shipped with a Signature Confirmation requirement
• Should you be unable to sign for the delivery, you may contact the carrier to arrange for alternate delivery or pick up from a local access point
• Failure to collect the package will constitute a refusal of the package, and the return policy will apply
• If the package arrives damaged, we require photos of the item and shipping box to be sent in order to provide a prepaid return shipping label and return authorization
• Mortars, grouts, and tiles are final sale.
